“Transcend where you are, be in the moment, and learn what it has to offer. Never fight the opportunity - just learn.”

CognitiveGrace was founded to make a positive impact and empower individuals who feel weak, wounded, or discouraged. With a diverse background and extensive experience, I provide guidance and support to those seeking transformation, clarity, and healing. My passion lies in assisting people facing anxiety and self-imposed limitations, helping them overcome barriers and realize their full potential.
I also collaborate with leaders and professionals who value privacy and require robust security. By working with leadership teams and staff, I foster cohesive, productive work environments. My experience extends to partnering with individuals and organizations to better understand behaviors and eliminate obstacles to success.
As a lifelong learner, I have earned three master’s degrees: a Master of Science in Information Assurance with CISSP Certification in Cyber Security, a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, and a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology. These qualifications strengthen my capacity to guide others toward resolution, peace of mind, and healthier professional relationships. My expertise in Mental Health Counseling and Forensic Psychology gives me a balanced perspective on conscious and subconscious behavior—combining deep counseling techniques with a strong understanding of legal and measurable aspects of human conduct. In addition, my background in Information Assurance equips me to protect sensitive data from cyber threats in both digital and analog settings.

“Success requires a foundation of failure.” - Danny Lain
I am passionate about supporting others and dedicated to fostering a more peaceful, healthier life for those around me. With over thirty years in teaching and an M.Ed. from LeTourneau University, I bring a wealth of experience to my work. For more than twenty-five years, I have mentored and supported individuals through ministry service, helping people navigate challenges such as crisis, depression, anxiety, loss, and difficult decisions. My unique skill set and perspective empower me to guide others as they navigate their daily lives.
Over the years, my calling to teach children has evolved into a passion for supporting entire families. I believe parents deserve encouragement, support, and empowerment as they raise their children. I am pursuing certification as a TBRI® Practitioner and have completed training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention®—an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach designed to address the complex needs of children. I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children struggling with trauma, learning difficulties, and social-emotional issues, both in and outside the classroom.
This experience and knowledge enable me to support both adults and children affected by trauma—ranging from bereavement to adoption—and provide valuable insight into the pain and struggles adults face. I help clients process and heal by guiding them in reframing their thoughts and practicing mindfulness, which has contributed to their success.
